2 Months

Well I am very late on this post. We forgot the 2 Month sticker in Zurich so we're at 2.5 months instead.  Henri has had a very exciting 2 months. Two days before turning 2 months he flew from Zurich to St. Louis. He was awesome on the flights to and from Zurich. He really didn't cry, only fussed when he got hungry.

We had to switch from LaGuardia to JFK in New York on the way to St. Louis. We had about 4 hours in between so we hung out in a food court. Henri was starving by the time we got there so he ate and ate and ate once we sat down. Well after handing him off to Adam for a burp He yacked all over Adam and the floor.

 On our New York to St. Louis leg we were upgraded to First Class. You should have seen the death looks we got from everyone as we sat down. They definitely thought we were about to ruin their flight. Well Henri started to eat as we took off and fell asleep right after all the way to St. Louis. When we landed everyone started telling us how good Henri was on the flight etc... um yeah thanks for being nice to us after the flight!!!

On the flight from New York to Zurich he slept the entire flight, except for eating right as we took off and landed.  Getting him transitioned back to Zurich time was much harder than St. Louis time. I think we are getting there but he still likes to stay up too late at night still and sleep longer during the mornings.

Henri also got to travel to Bern. The US Embassy is there and we had to rush over to get his passport paperwork in. We had 2 weeks to get it back before we flew to the US. Luckily it came in 1 week exactly. Thank goodness, we were sweating it for awhile. I still can't believe my 2 month old has his own passport!!!

Henri also got to go to the park for the first time this week. It was beautiful and in the 60's on sunday so we took him out to walk around, then laid on a blanket in the park. Hopefully something we will get to do more of this year.

At Henri's 2 month dr.'s appointment that stat's were:

Weight: 12 lbs
Height: 22 inches

Got his first set of shots and was super groggy the rest of the day, but no fever. He only wanted mommy to hold him and I can't say I hated that.

Henri has definitely changed even in the last 2 weeks. He looks more like a little boy and less like a baby. His favorite things to do are kick the animals on his play mat and have me hold him so he can walk up and down my legs. Of course his favorite area is still laying out flat on his changing table. He farts like a champ when he is on it and always gets super chatty afterwards. He has been such a fun baby for Adam and I. I hate that he is growing up so fast but I love his personality as he is getting older. And lets not forget those adorable chubby cheeks!!!
